Grab a coffee from the studio's own coffee bar without leaving your workflow. Groups of 4 or fewer use it as pure workspace. Groups of 5–6 can convert it to a sleeping area at night with the queen daybed and full trundle. THE PRIVATE BALCONY Your own covered outdoor space — furnished with a table for four, a single-person hammock, and a view of the tree-lined street. There's free street parking right on the block. PARKING Free street parking on Richelieu Terrace or Helen Place — no permit needed. Alternate side for street cleaning is Monday and Tuesday. Larger vehicles can use the designated spot in the rear of the building.
